Historic Routes

General Information

Designed only for advanced and experienced riders.
One week long, 8-10 hours on the saddle every day.
Challenging trails, steep descents, narrow paths, river crossings.
Five hundred year old Spanish Colonial towns.
Magnificent views, great variety of landscapes and microclimates.
Overnight in different hotels along the route.
Thermal waters baths offered in several locations.
Daily transfers by car from the horse stations to the different hotels.
These two rides are offered during the second week of December (Visit Chapter Dates & Rates).
The Silver Mines Route is organized in the odd years.
The Tarascan Conquest Route is organized in the even years.
A minimum and maximum of eight riders is needed to make the ride.
Pre-Bookings will be received from January 1st. to August 31st with a 25% deposit (refundable if the eight pre-bookings are not received by the end of August).
Pre-Bookings will close in August 31st.
Only if eight riders made their pre-bookings the ride will be done.
Formal bookings have to be confirmed during the first ten days of September.
Final balance payment has to be made at the moment of making the formal bookings.
Rates will be provided upon receiving a formal REQUEST.
